- Free trial includes a complimentary hearing screening and evaluation for a Evolv AI IIC suitability (including custom ear impressions)
- Hearing aid trial will include a custom built Evolv AI IIC for 14 days. Timeframe can be altered at the discretion of Fidelity Hearing Centre.
- Where a Evolv AI IICis not suitable for an individual, alternate hearing devices may be offered at the discretion of Fidelity Hearing Centre.
- Following the trial, customers will have the option to purchase the hearing device if they wish. A quote will be provided prior to trial.
