What happens to my care?
- Value Hearing service/care plans: We are honouring existing care plans that were established with Value Hearing. That means you will continue receiving services and other benefits as you previously subscribed to.
- Pick up where you left off: Unless you advised Value Hearing otherwise, your results and hearing history has been transferred to us securely.
- Family-Owned Values: As a family-owned clinic, we treat our patients like family. Our approach is warm, compassionate, and focused on building long-term relationships.
- Experienced Professionals: Our team of audiologists brings years of experience and a deep commitment to improving your hearing health. We pride ourselves of achieving high clinic standards and are members of Dr Cliff Olsen’s HearingUp network.
